Having cancer gives you a whole new view of your personal world.
Maybe I was limited by the timing & practicalities of the treatments & illness, but I wanted to live as normal a life as I possibly could & value every day, every experience & treasure every moment I survived.
You have to take risks about going away because there is no way you can get insured with an existing illness like cancer (unless, presumably, you paid huge sums of money to make other people rich as you blow your entire budget away).
One of my favourite places in Great Britain is the West Country and where better to start 2011 than Bath?
